This is a short, catchy little diddy. I believe it is off of the Tea
For the Tillerman Album?
Below is the tab to the verse. There is some fingerpicking involved in
that part of the song.
For the chorus part, I just gave the chords since they are in the
standard position and you'll really have to hear the recording to get the
strum pattern (that what gives it it's flavor).
This is just approximate. You'll have to listen to the record to get the
exact chordal pattern. When you hear it you'll see (hear) what I mean.

Suggested Modification to 1st guitar part above:
The intro on Teaser and the Firecat actually has the D note played as a
harmonic on the 12th fret, and the D and A are as indicated above by Paul
(7th and 12th frets respectively). Play the harmonic with your little
finger, then the D with your index (I bar the 7th fret as though I am
playing a full 7th position D major chord) and A with you little finger.
Suggested accompanyment by 1st guitar (built on Paul's above):
